Sally Cavers, Project Manager

Sally Cavers is Head of Inclusion for Children in Scotland. As CHANGE Project Manager, Sally is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the team.

Alison Hay, Senior Policy & Participation Officer

Alison has a wealth of experience across the Early Years sector and is a qualified improvement coach. Alison leads on our CHANGE Hub activities and is responsible for maintaining links with project stakeholders.

Anthony O'Malley, Senior Project Officer

Anthony's background is in out of school care and workforce development. Anthony leads on all communications for the team and plays a key role in our community engagement activity.


The CHANGE Hub has 37 members, representing 26 different organisations from across the public and third sectors. The CHANGE Hub’s purpose is to lead change at a local level addressing the barriers that families told the project they have experienced when trying to access childcare. The organisations currently contributing to the Hub are:
